Organic Surge Lavender Meadow Shower Gel
Organic Surge was one of the first natural brands I discovered, and it's still a favourite. They've managed to get the perfect blend of simplicity, effectiveness and luxury into products that are great for both your body and the planet. What's more, they've just given their packaging a bright new revamp, so I thought this would be the perfect time to bring them to your attention!
This shower gel is over 98% organic and suitable for vegans. It's also free from parabens and sodium lauryl sulfate, both of which can cause skin irritation and dryness, so it's ideal for those of us with sensitive skin.
I've been using SLS free shower gel since the beginning of my organic beauty project; in fact, my shower gel was one of the very first things I switched. My skin looks and feels so much better, I've never looked back. If I stay at a hotel overnight and have to use regular shower gel I can really feel the difference in my skin straight away.
Of all those I've tried, this one by Organic Surge leaves my skin feeling the most soothed and moisturised. It lathers up nicely, and the wonderfully calming blend of lavender and rose geranium oils make my morning shower feel like a spa treatment and leaves me feeling all set up for the day ahead.
Organic Surge shower gels cost £4.75 each and are available from Waitrose, John Lewis, Ocado and the Co-operative, as well as a number of independent stores. Alternatively, you can order directly from here.
